For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

5. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

bat2888 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be verified or where false eligibility information has been provided. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player may be voided and any balance in the associated Account forfeited.

To access the full range of bat2888 services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the bat2888 Platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — will be treated as duplicate accounts. bat2888 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void associated wagers, and withhold any balance therein pending investigation.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bat2888 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bat2888 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use will be treated as your own activity, whether or not you authorised it.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Player Wallet subject to successful payment processing. bat2888 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. bat2888 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to five business days, subject to verification status and payment method. bat2888 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation into suspected fraudulent activity.

Currency: All transactions are processed in PKR unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to PKR at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. bat2888 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

bat2888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable across all bat2888 promotions include the following:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made.
• Only one promotional bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to download (other than page caching), reproduce, copy, sell, resell, redistribute, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of bat2888.

bat2888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bat2888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. bat2888 is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your equipment due to your use of the Platform.

bat2888 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where the changes are material — affecting your rights or obligations in a significant way — bat2888 will provide notice via your registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Clause 5.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bat2888 holds its international gaming licence.
